February 6th 6pm Parent Meeting to Discuss Feasibility Study for Work Study Model - Join Us Next Tuesday!

I am excited to announce that we are launching a feasibility study to explore a possible new program here at de Sales! We are presently working with our partners and largest funder, Big Shoulders Fund and the Archdiocese of Chicago to determine the benefits of and potential for the possible addition of a Work-study model to our curriculum for the 2019-2020 School year...just in time for our 80th Anniversary! The Work Study model was pioneered 20 years ago in Chicago by the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.
We invite you to a community meeting on Tuesday February 6th at 6:00 pm in the Library to hear more about the Work-study model, to ask questions and to discuss the model with staff from St. Francis de Sales, the Archdiocese and the Big Shoulders Fund.
