Dear SFDS Families,

It is that time! Registration begins now. All current students in good standing are invited to continue at St. Francis de Sales High School for the 2021-2022 school year. We are excited to already have a class of 40 incoming Freshman joining our strong student body.

The forms and their due dates are below (the Medical Form will be sent at a later date):

● Registration form with $200 payment April 15, 2021

● Financial aid application April 15, 2021

● Transportation request form & deposit May 15, 2021

● Medical Forms/Updated Physical June 1, 2021

● Tuition contract/agreement June 1, 2021
