Mike was born and raised on the East Side of Chicago. He attended St. Francis de Sales High School and the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He has supported SFDS over many years and has in recent years spearheaded the Board of Ambassadors.
In 2001, Mike founded Red Circle Recruiting, a tech recruiting firm specializing in start-up and early stage companies. His company’s mantra, “Building Companies by Changing Lives,” comes from Mike’s belief that finding the right individual for the right opportunity at the right time, can change the course of that person’s life, and the company’s future.
