It's with heartfelt sadness that we mourn the loss of another SFDS legend, Mr. Albert P. Lodl. Al was a longtime teacher, coach and friend of SFDS. Al helped mold the minds of young men and young women at St. Francis de Sales High School for over 40 years. He was both an IHSA and CCL Hall of Fame Coach. A reunion doesn't go by without alumni reminiscing about Biology class. "Mitochondria!" "Never Had A Bad Day" and "Time Passes, Will You?" were some of his more notable sayings.

We have had to postpone our March 28th interview date because the Archdiocese has suspended all classes in Catholic Schools for the time being because of COVID-19. Our current students will begin e-learning next week, but the school itself is closed and therefore, we can not hold interviews for incoming freshman.
We will share more with you as we all work through this unprecedented time.
