Mr. Sanchez is an East Side native. He received his BS from Eastern Illinois University and his graduate degree from University of Illinois in Champaign. For six years he was a mental health counselor at Rush University Medical Center. During his time at SFDS he has taught various Social Science courses, served as Co-Dean of Students, and also been Senior Class Moderator.
